We will make the best effort to keep the updated stock status. But sometime may be due to the time difference, it may not be updated on time.
For security, customers may send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the stock availability before making online payment.
Purchased model will be dispatched from
1. Delivery in Hong Kong
It is free of charge for delivery in Hong Kong, free delivery service is not available for outlying islands and airport.
Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
Customers may choose to pick up models in our office. (Please contact our customer service through email to email@example.com or by telephone 852-2831 1334 and leave at least 1-3 days to arrange.)
2. Air Mail
Air mail service with weight limit upon to 2 kg of each parcel sending from Hong Kong Post Office with tracking number. Under normal circumstances, orders will arrive in 7-14 business days for most destinations.
Delivery time may vary due to destination, quality of the local postal service at different destinations and other unforeseen situations, delay may occured
3. Other postal services
Other postal services like EMS, FedEx¡K. are also available upon requested.
Shipping discount may apply to combine shipping which will depends on final weight/volume of the shipment. You will be charged the full shipping cost during check out and we will refund the shipping discount, if any, to your PayPal account within 48 hours.
We will make the best effort to dispatch customers' orders as soon as possible in good condition. Any cancellation of order must be informed us by email within 2 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been packed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation fee may be applied for any order cancellation after receipt of payment.
We will not charge any kind of tax on behalf of any countries. Customer is responsible to pay any import tax where necessary. Customer may request an invoice from us for taxation purposes. We always send models as gifts. Please contact us if you need any special arrangement on this issue.
If model damaged during transportation, it must be reported/returned within 14 days upon receipt of it. We will not accept any returned item for exchange, replacement or credit after the said period.
Customers will be responsible for any postage cost or expenses incurred in returning the product.

2. The company does not warrant (and accepts no responsibility for) confidentiality of any information or data whether personal or otherwise transmitted through www.expressowings.com. The company's current practice is to take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality.
3. If there is any dispute for the content or for the order proceeding, our company reserve the right for final decision.
